For more than 26 years, I've had the privilege of partnering with leaders who are passionate about making a difference. Today, I specialize in supporting nonprofit Executive Directors, CEOs, Presidents, and Founders by serving as a trusted Executive Operations Partner.
I believe nonprofit leaders shouldn't have to carry the weight of running an organization alone. My role is to create the operational capacity that allows leaders to spend less time managing administrative details and more time leading their teams, strengthening relationships, raising funds, and advancing their mission.
Throughout my career, I've supported organizations by managing executive operations, board administration, payroll and HR support, vendor management, business systems, communications, project coordination, and countless behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep organizations running smoothly. I thrive on bringing order to complexity, creating efficient systems, and ensuring that important details never fall through the cracks.

My clients know me as someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and calm under pressure. A Little About Me
I was born and raised in California, but now proudly call the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia home. I enjoy gardening, spending time in nature, swimming, and taking in the peace and beauty of the mountains.
More than anything, I believe meaningful work is about helping people. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing I've made someone's day easier, helped an organization operate more effectively, and given a leader the time and space to focus on the mission that inspired them in the first place.

My father, Bob Bain, was one of the most…
important people in my life and remains my greatest hero. While many people know him as an extraordinary studio guitarist whose music became part of television history, I was blessed to know him simply as "Dad." To me, his greatest accomplishment wasn't the remarkable career he built—it was the kind of man he chose to be every single day.
For more than four decades, Bob was one of Hollywood's most respected studio musicians. He spent over 28 years as a member of Doc Severinsen's band on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and played on thousands of recordings throughout his career. His unmistakable guitar can be heard in the iconic theme songs for Bonanza, MASH, The Pink Panther, and countless other television shows, films, and recordings that continue to be enjoyed around the world.
As a little girl, I was fortunate enough on occasion to stand behind the television cameras while Johnny Carson delivered his opening monologue. At the time, I didn't fully understand that I was witnessing television history. I just knew my dad was doing what he loved. Those memories are treasures I'll carry with me forever.
What made my father truly remarkable wasn't his success—it was his character. He was kind, humble, generous, and deeply devoted to his family. He never sought recognition or attention; despite the extraordinary contributions he made to the music industry. He taught me the value of hard work, integrity, treating people with respect, and quietly giving your very best in everything you do. Those lessons have shaped the person I am today.
This page isn't simply a tribute to an accomplished musician. It's a tribute to an incredible father whose love, wisdom, and example continue to guide me every day. I miss him deeply, and I will always be grateful for the privilege of being his daughter.

If you were fortunate enough to know him personally, then you experienced something even greater—his kindness, humility, and unwavering love for his family. I was one of the lucky ones, and I will always be grateful that I got to call him Dad.
